CORN FLAKES COOKIE RECIPE
Biscuits are a sweet treat enjoyed by adults and children alike, which can be prepared with nights, chocolate, almonds, honey, cereals, and in many other versions. Even with the cornflakesIt often happens that you buy a box and find the ones at the bottom very crumbled and almost reduced to dust. So we thought of this simple recipe to transform the corn flakes left in the box into delicious cookies light and fragrant.

CORN FLAKES COOKIES
Genuine ingredients paired with a simple recipe. You don't even need a cookie cutter to make these cookies—just your hands!
Ingredients
- 150 grams of flour
- 120 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 120 g butter
- 1 packet of yeast
- 150 g of corn flakes
FOR DECORATION
- 300 g of corn flakes
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is white and frothy.
- Add the butter in cubes, the flour and the corn flakes and mix the mixture.
- Add the yeast and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- After this time, take the dough again and pour the corn flakes into a pan with edges for decoration.
- Take a spoonful of dough and roll it over the cornflakes so that they stick well and cover the ball.
- Flatten the ball with your hands and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Proceed in this way until the dough is used up.
- Proceed with cooking in the oven at 160° for approximately 15 minutes.
An advice
You can add raisins, raisins and nuts, chocolate chips or flakes, almond flour and anything else your imagination can think of.
