How to make vegan hazelnut wafers

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of neutral vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons of hazelnut cream
  • 60 g of whole cane sugar
  • 250 ml of soy milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 200 g of wheat flour

Preparation

  • In a salad bowl, whisk together the oil, hazelnut cream, and sugar;
  • add the soy milk and the yeast, finally add the flour;
  • heat the appropriate plate for pods and cook them for about 5 minutes;
  • serve the wafers warm.

An advice

Depending on your taste, consider adding bitter cocoa and topping the wafers with chopped hazelnuts.
