Ingredients

  • 90 ml of agave syrup
  • 150 g of pistachio cream
  • 50 ml of natural almond milk
  • 70 ml unsweetened almond cream
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in the mixer and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  • Transfer everything to the refrigerator for at least half an hour and then pour the mixture into the ice cream maker: 40 minutes should be enough to obtain a soft and creamy ice cream.
  • Served the ice cream or store it in the freezer.
