VEGAN PISTACHIO ICE CREAM RECIPE

Homemade pistachio ice cream recipe

Ingredients
- 90 ml of agave syrup
- 150 g of pistachio cream
- 50 ml of natural almond milk
- 70 ml unsweetened almond cream
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in the mixer and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Transfer everything to the refrigerator for at least half an hour and then pour the mixture into the ice cream maker: 40 minutes should be enough to obtain a soft and creamy ice cream.
- Served the ice cream or store it in the freezer.
