  • 170 gr of brown sugar
  • 100 g of egg yolks
  • A vanilla bean

Preparation

- Add the vanilla bean (remove the seeds first) and, continuing to stir, heat to 85 degrees. Turn off the heat and discard the vanilla bean.

- While continuing to stir, immerse the saucepan in ice water to lower the temperature. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. After this time, pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn until the desired consistency is reached.

- At this point, all you have to do is place your homemade ice cream in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours.
