SOFT-CORE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE WITH DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE
These little cakes are very simple and quick to prepare, but have a great and delicious effect when, by dipping the spoon, you discover a cream dark chocolate.
Ingredients
(for 6 cakes)
- 120 grams of dark chocolate
- 90 grams of butter
- 90 grams of sugar
- 2 very fresh eggs
- 40 grams of flour
- Icing sugar
- 6 single-serving molds
Preparation
- Place the chopped chocolate and butter in a bowl, melt everything in a bain-marie or in the microwave bottom.
- Mix very well, then add the sugar and mix it perfectly.
- Combine the eggs, one at a time, and finally the flour sifted through a fine sieve.
- Pour the cream obtained in the molds, and put everything in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Turn the oven on to 180°, and cook the cakes taken directly from the freezer for about 12 – 13 minutes: they are ready as soon as the surface is dry.
- Bake the cupcakesLet them cool slightly, then turn them out onto a small plate and dust them with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
Our recommendations
Silicone molds are excellent; they require no preparation and are easily unmoldable, leaving the cake intact. Aluminum molds are also perfect. In this case, they should be prepared with a light layer of butter and flour.
The baked cakes can be stored in the freezer for a few weeks.
