HOT MILK CAKE RECIPE –

HOT MILK CAKE RECIPE AND VARIATIONS –
Let's see together, step by step, the recipe to prepare a delicious cake milk hot:
Ingredients
- 180 grams of flour
- 120 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 170 grams of sugar
- 60 g butter
- A sachet of yeast
- A piece of vanilla pod or the grated peel of half a lemon
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift the flour and add it to the mixture. Add the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, milk and the vanilla pod. Just before it reaches a boil, turn off the heat and slowly pour it into the mixture, stirring constantly.
- Pour the batter into a 22-24 cm cake pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes. Test the cake for doneness using a toothpick.
