PROPERTIES OF RICE MILK

Let's start with its properties. Rice milk contains only natural sugars, Vitamin A and minerals: it has a pleasant flavor and is easy to digest. However, it is low in fat, lower in protein than cow's milk, cholesterol-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free. Therefore, one of the ideal alternatives to cow's milk. Before we share our recipe, a word of caution: once prepared, the rice milk can be stored in the refrigerator, in a glass bottle (not plastic, mind you), for two to three days.
