CURRY RICE SPAGHETTI RECIPE
A vegan recipe, simple and light. Easy to prepare. curry rice noodles, with some little secrets that you will find in this for successful corporate trainingThey're an excellent first course, both for lunch and dinner.
Ingredients
- 300 g of wholemeal rice spaghetti
- 1 shallot
- 6 sprigs of parsley
- 1 celery stalk with leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 400 ml of vegetable stock
- 3 C of oil
- salt
Preparation
- Chop finely chop the shallot, parsley, celery, bay leaf and rosemary.
- Do them soften in a pan with a little broth.
- United curry, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Bake stirring for 5-8 minutes, finally sprinkle with the chickpea flour and pour in the remaining broth.
- At the boil lower the heat.
- Continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkles with lemon and season with oil.
- Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain it al dente.
- Mix it up with the sauce and serve it.
