How to make lentil meatballs

Preparation
- In a pan, brown 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the garlic.

Preparation
- Place the red lentils in a saucepan, cover with water, add the tomato paste, and cook for 3 minutes, allowing the liquid to be completely absorbed. Season with salt and let them swell further.
