How to make panettone and pandoro muffins

Panettone and pandoro, the iconic Christmas sweets, are a must-have during the holiday season. So, we often fail to consume the ones we've started, risking wasting them. To prepare this recipe you can use either panettone or Pandoro, the result will be more or less the same:

Ingredients (for 24 muffins)

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 100 ml of sunflower seed oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • Chopped fruit (optional)
  • 300g of pandoro or panettone

Preparation

  • In a bowl, assemble them eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the milk, oil, and flour and mix well.
  • Incorporate the yeast until completely absorbed, form small pieces with the pandoro and panettone and gently fold them into the mixture.
  • Add the fresh fruit in little piecesPour the mixture into muffin tins and bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 25 minutes. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar.
