VEGAN CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 300 g of organic flour
  • 150 gr of brown sugar
  • 75 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 glass of seed oil
  • 1 glass of almond milk
  • 200g of pistachios
  • 1 sachet of organic yeast

Preparation

  • Sift the flour into a fountain and then pour in all the ingredients except the pistachios and the yeast.
  • Make sure you get a very soft dough to which you will add the pistachios crumbled and baking powder.
  • Place the mixture into the molds and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°.
  • For even more delicious variations, replace the pistachios with almonds, walnuts and other dried fruit, add pieces of dark chocolate or rice or oat milk.
  • Also, depending on your taste, add some cloves of pear or apple.
