Ingredients
- 300 g of organic flour
- 150 gr of brown sugar
- 75 grams of cocoa powder
- 1 glass of seed oil
- 1 glass of almond milk
- 200g of pistachios
- 1 sachet of organic yeast
Preparation
- Sift the flour into a fountain and then pour in all the ingredients except the pistachios and the yeast.
- Make sure you get a very soft dough to which you will add the pistachios crumbled and baking powder.
- Place the mixture into the molds and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°.
- For even more delicious variations, replace the pistachios with almonds, walnuts and other dried fruit, add pieces of dark chocolate or rice or oat milk.
- Also, depending on your taste, add some cloves of pear or apple.
