CAKE WITH LEFTOVER FRUIT

La fruit There's always leftovers. And when it's left on the table, it's always wasted. Instead, it can be reused, especially in the summer when we consume a lot of it, to make a fantastic fruit cake. Or, to be more precise: a cake with leftover fruit. Follow this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • Very ripe fruit, or leftover uneaten fruit
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 mg of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • A grated lemon peel
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 packet of yeast

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients and place the dough in a high-sided baking pan.
  • Cut all the fruit into large pieces and arrange them on the resulting pastry base.
  • Bake for thirty minutes at 170°.
