Yellow-orange
This group includes oranges, lemons, tangerines, grapefruits, apricots, peaches, carrots, peppers, squash, medlars, corn, and melon: all vegetables rich in flavonoids, carotenoids, and vitamin C, nutrients with antioxidant properties , important for healthy bones and joints, as well as skin and immune defenses.
