I rainbow jars and bottles They're a wonderful DIY craft to make with your kids, and they can also double as a home decoration, bringing a touch of color and creativity to any room. The technique is simple and involves colored salt, which can easily be made using (almost) used markers, which you can recycle. Let's see how to make them together!
Materials
- A clear jar or a small bottle
- Fine salt
- Markers almost out (yellow, orange, red, pink, light blue, green)
- Small containers for colored salt
- Possible funnel
Method
- Take some nearly empty markers and use them to color the salt poured into a glass or small container. Continue until the salt is colored, then pour it into the jar.
- Proceed by coloring the salt with the other colors, pouring it into the jar each time, layer after layer.
- Close the jar with the lid. Your rainbow jar (or bottle) is ready!
