(FILES) This file photo shows the Sellafield nuclear plant in North England, 26 September 2002. According to a report in the 09 May, 2005 edition of the Guardian newspaper, radioactive nuclear fuel in nitric acid leaked from a fractured pipe into a stainless steel chamber on 19 April, forcing the closure of the Sellafield’s Thorp reprocessing plant. The leak is not a threat to the public. AFP PHOTO / ODD ANDERSEN
