No one knows exactly what happiness is , but as the 2021 Nobel Prize in Physics reminds us, we're all aware of what a lack of happiness can cause. And perhaps we should start from there to unravel its mystery.
There are no recipes for happiness , yet small gestures can have enormous impact. Starting with the generosity of giving and receiving hugs and kisses from the people we love; choosing to be lighthearted in difficult, very difficult times; knowing how to be content without constantly chasing challenges that may be beyond our capabilities.
Harmony is a happy outlook on oneself and others. And once achieved, it can last a long time.
Happiness isn't an income . It must always be cultivated and never taken for granted.
Even giving up can make us happier.
