WORKING HOURS CONCESSIONS FOR PARENTS –
Germans are starting to get really serious about family. Driven by the enormous economic difficulties which are putting at risk the stability of millions of families (the long wave of the Great Crisis is also being felt in Germany) and by demographic crisis, with a country where the births have collapsed and the average age of the population has risen well beyond the safety levels, German politicians have gone on the offensive with a real shock therapy in favor of family. Very concrete measures and very generous with mothers and those who want to become mothers, who add up to each other, in a framework that promotes birth rates, supports female employment and promotes compatibility between work and family for womenAll this to give the family more impetus and a better future.
