Ingredients

  • 100 g of peeled walnut kernels
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • A spoonful of mustard
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 2-3 dl of olive oil
  • A pinch of freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  • Crush the walnuts in a mortar, add the garlic, the tablespoon of mustard, the pepper and the lemon juice.
