Even in the garden, on the terrace, and in the vegetable patch, vinegar can be very useful. And it shouldn't be wasted. Simply mix it with water, in moderate doses (two teaspoons per liter), and you'll obtain a natural preparation that you can use in the winter as a disinfectant and for cleaning pots. If you mix it with a teaspoon of baking soda and three teaspoons of olive oil, again in a liter of water, you can create an excellent natural product (not a chemical pesticide...) to protect plants and vegetables from the fungi that threaten your garden.
