- 2 cups of water

- 1 spoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed for sushi
- 2 boiled black and/or orange carrots
- 1 cucumber
- avocado
- Wasabi sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
- Boil the carrots And the rice: for every cup of brown rice, you'll need two cups of water. Once it comes to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of brown sugar. Once the rice is cooked, add 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar).
- Cook the rice for about 20 minutes over high heat, then turn off the heat, cover the pot, and wait for the rice to finish cooking with steam alone. The rice will be quite mushy, and this consistency is important for working with it well.
- Now proceed with preparing the rolls: spread a handful of rice on a sheet of nori seaweed, flatten it with your hands, and add a dash of wasabi sauce. Insert a strip of carrot and close the rice by rolling the nori up.
- Cut the cucumber andavocado, cleaning it of the inside. Follow the same procedure to prepare the other rolls.
- Cut the rolls with a knife and sprinkle the sushi with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce.
