HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CREPES

Here's the super simple recipe. We recommend using almond or oat milk , which have a sweeter flavor, if you want to make sweet crepes , while soy milk is fine for all other types of preparation.

  • 150 00 grams of flour
  • 220 ml of soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed oil

Preparation

  • Pour the flour into a bowl and then slowly add soy milk mixed with water, oil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix everything well until you obtain a smooth, fluid mixture, then let it rest for at least half an hour.
  • After having greased a non-stick pan with a little oil, pour in a few spoonfuls of the mixture and cook. As soon as the edges of the crepe curl up, flip it so it cooks on both sides.
  • Continue with the same procedure until it runs out the batter contained in the bowl.
  • Sweet or savory, it's up to you how to fill the crepes once they're ready.
