Let's see, step by step, how to prepare a delicious vegan apple pie, a recipe capable of giving unique aromas and flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 golden apples
- 300 grams of spelled flour
- 1 packet of yeast
- 140 g brown sugar
- 120 ml of soy milk (or rice, or whatever you prefer)
- 120 ml of sunflower seed oil
Preparation
- Mix all the dry ingredients together: the flour, the yeast and sugar.
- In another bowlMix the milk and oil together, then pour the resulting mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Peel the applesRemove the core and cut half an apple into thin slices. Cut the rest into peanut-sized cubes. Fold the apple cubes into the batter.
- Pour the mixture in a cake pan lined with baking paper and decorate the surface of the cake with the apple slices, arranging them in a ray shape or as you like.
- Bake in the oven at 180° for approximately 40-45 minutes.
