  • 140 g brown sugar
  • 120 ml of soy milk (or rice, or whatever you prefer)
  • 120 ml of sunflower seed oil

Preparation

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together: the flour, the yeast and sugar.
  • In another bowlMix the milk and oil together, then pour the resulting mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
