The vacuum cleaner, used practically daily, has been one of the most energy-hungry household appliances for too long, and completely unjustifiably. Fortunately, a European regulation was introduced that imposes a strict limit on the sale of these appliances: they cannot consume more than 900 watts. Previously, consumption reached 2.000-2.500 watts.

The legislation also provides:

  • Maximum noise: 80 dB
  • Minimum requirements:
    • dust collection on carpets and floors
    • engine life
    • quality of filters (less fine dust emissions)

In practice, it is not enough to consume less electricity: the new vacuum cleaner on a European scale must also clean well and last.
