"Underlined Books” wants to restore the right importance to words, but also to the beauty of paper, and it does so through images taken of the pages of books directly by readers and published on Instagram.
The creator of social pages @librisottolineatiAntonio Roberto noticed that in the age of social media, people often share quotes and phrases from books without knowing their origin or context. From this observation, "Libri Sottolineati" was born. The goal is to introducing children to reading through Instagram, Facebook and the aphorism.
The author and title of the book are revealed directly from the profile. This encourages Instagram viewers to delve deeper into the context and story behind that brief aside that somehow struck them.
