- 100 ml of apple juice or centrifuged juice
Preparation

- Add the apples ripe, cut into pieces and cook for about two hours;
- Pour it into jars and store for up to 2 months once the jam has reached the desired consistency.
The variant with chia seeds
And here, finally, is another delicious variant with the seeds of chia:
Ingredients
- 2 cups (400 gr) strawberries
- 3 tablespoons of thick honey
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Preparation
- Clean the strawberries Transfer them to a large saucepan with the honey, then cook for 5 minutes, until they break down. Mash the strawberry and honey mixture with a hand-held potato masher until you obtain a smooth purée.
