It all began years ago when a Senegalese boy, observing the exotic—what he called friarielli —asked Angelo, "And what are these?" "Come by in the afternoon," the man replied, as he recounted in a recent interview with Corriere della Sera, "and we'll show you how to prepare them." Tina and Angelo recently celebrated 10 years of courses, which have given rise to a magnificent mix of aromas and colors . Their business is driven by a common thread of experimentation, not only culinary , but also with the true goal of welcoming and respecting everyone's cultural traditions.
