Preparation

  • Add the oil and water. Orange juice, fruit juice, or plant-based milk are also good options for a richer, more rounded flavor.
  • Now we combine the flour and yeast and continue mixing
  • Finally the cocoa and the drops of chocolate with cinnamon
  • Beat the mixture well for at least 10 minutes to allow it to swell and incorporate air so that it remains very soft.
  • Line a cake tin with baking paper and bake at 180° for about 30 minutes.
  • Before removing the cake from the oven, perform the toothpick test by inserting a toothpick into several places; it should come out clean and dry. If it doesn't, leave the cake in the oven for a few more minutes.
