Preparation
- To begin, blanch the nettles for 5 minutes in plenty of salted water.

- Meanwhile, squeeze the nettles well, place them in the blender with the ricotta and salt and blend until you obtain a cream.
- Roll out the pastry Using a rolling pin, flour your work surface to prevent the pastry from sticking. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Take a baking dish and cover it with baking paper, roll out the pastry, pour in the nettle and ricotta cream and bake for about 25 minutes, until a crust appears on the surface.
