Ingredients

For the cupcakes

  • 4 eggs
  • the same weight of eggs in butter
  • the same weight of eggs in flour
  • the same weight of eggs in sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 150 g of apricot jam

Frosting (cream for decorating cupcakes):

  • 227 gr of cream cheese
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 60 grams of powdered sugar
  • 160 ml of whipping cream
  • Orange food coloring

Preparation

  • Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl and, separately, mix the butter, sugar and vanilla using a mixer.
  • As soon as you have obtained a light and frothy mixture, add the eggs and mix thoroughly, also adding the flour and baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • At this point you can dedicate yourself to the frostingMix together the vanilla and the liquid cream.
  • Mounted the cheese Cream the mixture with the sugar and powdered sugar, then add the cream, continuing to whip. Finally, add the orange food coloring, and using a piping bag, pour the resulting mixture onto the cupcakes.
  • All you have to do is finish the decoration with the chocolate hats. However, you will need some molds to... desserts hat-shaped. If you already have them at home, after melting chocolate all you have to do is pour it into the mold.

Halloween Cake Pops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 sponge cake discs (homemade is even better)
  • 250 g of apricot jam
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • 150 gr of white chocolate
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • White sticks

Preparation

  • Crumble into a bowl the sponge cake, join the Apricot jam and then knead everything together.
  • Add a few chocolate chips to the mixture and then create round balls that are slightly elongated towards the bottom.
  •  Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan and then, little by little, after having pierced the balls with the toothpicks, dip them in the white chocolate and then let it dry.
  • Also dissolve dark chocolate, with the help of a toothpick draw eyes, nose and teeth and your delicious cake pops are ready.
