- 1 roast chicken carcass
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 / 2 onion
- 1 leek
- 4 ripe cherry tomatoes
- Salt to taste

Preparation
- Put in a pressure cooker (or normal) chicken together with the potatoes, the peeled carrots, the cleaned onion, the well washed celery, and Cherry tomatoesYou can keep the vegetables whole or cut them into pieces.
- Add a pinch of salt and about 1.5 liters of water.
