LASAGNE CAKE RECIPE

Ingredients for people 4
- 250g cooked lasagna
- 100 g of cooked meat
- 2 chicken livers
- 200 g of fontina cheese
- 50 g of parmesan cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 100 g of sausage
- 1/2 stock cube
- 1 cup of bechamel sauce
- bread crumbs
- oil
- salt
Preparation
With a couple of spoons of oil, sauté the onion that you will have chopped in the meantime.
United the livers, roughly chopped, add salt and leave to flavour for a few minutes.
Chop the cooked meat, pour it into the pan with the crumbled sausage, add 1 glass of water, the stock cube, lower the heat and leave to cook for twenty minutes.
PREPARATIONS the béchamel sauce, add the diced fontina and cook over medium heat until it is very stringy.
Buttered a baking tray, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and make a first layer of lasagna, cover with a layer of meat sauce and complete with grated Parmesan cheese, béchamel sauce and generous knobs of butter.
Continue with layers until the ingredients are used up.
Completed with a final layer of lasagna, plenty of parmesan cheese, the remaining bechamel and flaked butter.
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for twenty-five minutes.
