APPLE AND GINGER CAKE RECIPE

Preparation
– Mix in a bowl the puree of apples with oil and gingerThen gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder until you obtain a smooth mixture.
– Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then gradually incorporate them into the apple mixture.
– Pour the mixture in a tall, ring-shaped pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
– Turn the mold upside down Let it cool, then unmold the cake by running a knife around the edge. It's essential to let the cake cool completely upside down, otherwise the batter risks collapsing and losing its typical, soft consistency.
