Ingredients
- 1.300 g of elderberry
- 1.200 g of sugar
- One lemon
Preparation
- Let it macerate in a glass container, soak the elderberry berries, shelled and well washed, with the sugar and lemon juice, for 24 hours.
- Sift everything through a sieve so as to collect the juice which must be boiled slowly, stirring and skimming often, until it reaches a density similar to that of honey.
- Cool quickly, bottled and stored in a cool, dry place.
