How to Make Mushroom Risotto with the Thermomix
If you want to make a simple, quick, and convenient mushroom risotto, follow this recipe, which calls for a Thermomix, to the letter. And don't forget to add a glass of white wine (this recipe serves 4 people).
Ingredients for people 4
- 300g of fresh mushrooms
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 1 clove of garlic
- 300 g of rice
- 20 g butter
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 bunch of parsley
Preparation
- Wash fresh mushrooms with a damp cotton cloth
- If you use dried mushrooms, soak them in plenty of water at room temperature for about 3 hours.
- Cut the mushrooms fresh, thinly sliced (dried ones are already cut)
- Pour the oil and garlic into the jug, 2 min, speed 2, 100°
- Add the butterfly and the mushrooms 5 min speed 2 100°
- Once the time has elapsed, add the white wine through the hole in the jug and let it evaporate without the lid for 10 minutes, speed 2, 100°.
- Now pour in the rice for 10 min, speed 3, 100°C and approximately 500 ml of broth.
- Once cooked, season with salt, add butter and parsley and serve.
