How to Make Mushroom Risotto with the Thermomix

If you want to make a simple, quick, and convenient mushroom risotto, follow this recipe, which calls for a Thermomix, to the letter. And don't forget to add a glass of white wine (this recipe serves 4 people).

Ingredients for people 4

  • 300g of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 300 g of rice
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Preparation

  • Wash fresh mushrooms with a damp cotton cloth
  • If you use dried mushrooms, soak them in plenty of water at room temperature for about 3 hours.
  • Cut the mushrooms fresh, thinly sliced ​​(dried ones are already cut)
