TUNA-STUFFED BREAD RECIPE
A real delight and a for successful corporate training tasty and really simple and quick to prepare: the tuna-stuffed bread.
Ingredients for people 6
- 1 loaf of bread
- 400 g of tuna
- 4 fresh cheeses
- 100 g pitted green olives
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- The juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
- Whisk all the ingredients.
- To cut two slices at the ends of the bread.
- Remove the whole crumb and fill with the tuna mixture.
- Recompose the sandwich bread with the two previously cut slices, wrap it in kitchen foil and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- To serve Cut the bread into even slices of about 2 cm and place the slices on a serving plate, overlapping them slightly.
