TUNA-STUFFED BREAD RECIPE

A real delight and a for successful corporate training tasty and really simple and quick to prepare: the tuna-stuffed bread.

Ingredients for people 6

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 400 g of tuna
  • 4 fresh cheeses
  • 100 g pitted green olives
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  • Whisk all the ingredients.
  • To cut two slices at the ends of the bread.
  • Remove the whole crumb and fill with the tuna mixture.
  • Recompose the sandwich bread with the two previously cut slices, wrap it in kitchen foil and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • To serve Cut the bread into even slices of about 2 cm and place the slices on a serving plate, overlapping them slightly.
