Olive Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g of flour
- 20 ml of butter
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 200 g of black olives
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Preparation
- Melt brewer's yeast in a little warm water, add two tablespoons of flour and begin kneading until the dough forms a ball. Let it rise until it increases in volume.
- Once the loaf If it is well risen, arrange the flour in a fountain shape and then place the risen dough in the center. Dissolve the salt and the butter, add everything to the mixture and start kneading.
- Work the mixture until it is very firm, form a loaf and then let it rest in a bowl covered with a cloth for about an hour.
- After this time, divide the dough into 3-4 loaves and, in each of them, incorporate the olive pitted.
- Let it rise for another hour and a half on a baking tray sprinkled with flour and then cook in the oven, at a temperature of 200 degrees, for about half an hour.
