Ingredients
- 500 00 grams of flour
- 100 g butter
- 70 grams of sugar
- 180 ml of milk
- 25 g of yeast
- 3 eggs (2 in the dough and 1 for brushing)
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Heat the milk and dissolve the yeast of beerIn a bowl, arrange the flour in a fountain shape and pour in the sugar, the 2 eggs, the salt and the butter cut into cubes. Pour in the milk and yeast mixture and combine all the ingredients.
- Form a ball and let it rise in a bowl covered with a tea towel for about 1 hour and a half or until doubled in volume;

- Bake at 180° for 30 minutes, let it cool, unmold and serve.
