DIETARY FRUIT JAM RECIPE
Have you opened the refrigerator and noticed that the fruit you bought is now overripe ? No problem: reuse it to make this delicious jam , ideal for a low-calorie breakfast that will give you the energy you need to face the day. This quick and easy recipe was suggested by our reader Daniela.
Excellent spread on a slice of brown bread or mixed with a little low-fat yogurt , this diet fruit jam is also perfect for filling cakes and tarts. And to make it even more special: add a few dark chocolate chips.

DIETARY JAM RECIPE
Let's see together, step by step, how to prepare the diet jam recipe :
Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 4/5 cloves of candied ginger
- 4 apricots
- 2 teaspoons of honey
Preparation
Peel and chop the peaches and apricots , then simmer them for about ten minutes, covered and without water. Gradually add the ginger and, while still in the pot, mash them with a fork. Continue to simmer for a few more minutes, then turn off the heat and let everything cool.

SUGAR-FREE JAM RECIPE
Place the mixture in a jar and add a teaspoon of honey and a grating of orange peel.
Consume by leaving it in the fridge for no more than 6 days (if covered with honey it lasts quite a while).
