RECIPE FOR WHOLE WHEAT MALTAGLIATI WITH SAUSAGE AND TOMATOES

Ingredients
- 200 g of wholemeal flour
- 200 00 grams of flour
- 2 whites
- Water (as needed)
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 200g of sausage
- A tablespoon of chopped onion
- A little salt for the pasta cooking water

Preparation
- Put the two flours in a bowl, add the egg whites, mix and gradually add the water until you obtain a dough. dough soft and consistent to work with your hands;
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest. Meanwhile, boil water for the pasta.
- Place the chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, and crumbled sausage in a nonstick pan. Cook over medium heat, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until thin and cut into medium-sized squares. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes.
