PLANT-BASED MILK RECIPE WITH BLUEBERRIES AND DATES –

With the heat and rising temperatures, cold drinks become a necessity, an imperative. And the risk is that we slip into the hell of waste: sugary drinks, which we then become dependent on, energy drink, expensive industrial products with various additives. It is better to focus instead on fresh, natural drinks that are easy to make at home.And ready to serve at any time of the day. Like, for example, this vegan drink, which combines vegetable milk, blueberries, dates and mint.

INGREDIENTS (for a cup)

  • 250 ml of vegetable milk of your choice
  • 50g of fresh blueberries
  • 1 date (fresh is best, dried is also fine)
  • Mint or cinnamon optional

Preparation

- Once you have extracted your plant-based milk, put it back in the juicer together with the blueberries and the seeded date.

- If using dried dates, soak them in warm water for an hour first. You'll get a purple milk with a blueberry flavor and a light sweetening effect from the dates.

- If you want, you can flavour your purple milk with a sprig of mint extracted together with the blueberries or with a pinch of cinnamon in powder.
