How to prepare rice milk
A true and natural plant-based drink. A valuable alternative to cow's milk. To be served and drunk at Breakfast, a snack, or to use in the kitchen to make sweets, cakes, biscuits, and any dish for which cow's milk is usually used.

- 100g of organic rice of any size
- 1 lt of water
- Sugar to taste
Preparation
- Soak the rice in water overnight.
- In the morning, cook for 2 hours on low heat.
- Using an immersion blender, puree the rice and continue cooking for another hour.
- Take a cloth and a fine-mesh strainer and filter the liquid into a small saucepan.
- Transfer the liquid into a bottle and consume within 3 days.

If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can flavor it with your favorite spices: cinnamon, anise, vanilla, or cocoa powder. For a more intense flavor, you can add almonds or other nuts to the cooking water before blending. You can use rice milk as a daily drink or in sweet and savory recipes like cakes and béchamel sauce.
