CHICKEN ROLLS

The igrilled chicken rolls (Alternatively, you can bake them.) They're an ideal dish for a light dinner, even as a single course. They also help introduce children to lean meat. CHICKEN ROLLS RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 people)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices of speck
3-4 sage leaves
100g of Fontina cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Preparation
Obtained Cut eight thin slices of chicken breasts, open them on a cutting board, beat them lightly and without excessive force, then add salt and pepper.
Lay down Place a slice of speck and two or three sticks of fontina cheese in the center of each chicken breast slice. Season the filling with chopped sage, then roll them up into rolls. Tie them with thin kitchen twine.
Arrange them in the center of the grill: Even better if you have lightly fried them in a pan or in the oven the night before. Brush them with oil and cook them on the hottest part at a temperature of 180 degrees. No more than ten minutes, rotating them every three or four minutes, so that each side of the roll is golden brown to perfection.
