CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE –

FUDGE: ORIGINAL AND WHITE CHOCOLATE RECIPE –
This recipe only requires three ingredients. Let's see how it's made:
- DOSES: 25 chocolates
- DIFFICULTY: simple
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 400g chocolate (white, milk or dark)
- 350 ml of condensed milk
- 50 g butter
Preparation
- Take a saucepan and fill it halfway with water, bring to the boil.
- In another smaller saucepan, put the butter and the chocolate, place it on top of the one on the heat and proceed with cooking in a bain-marie until the two ingredients are completely combined.
- Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon to prevent it from sticking.
- Let it cool and add the condensed milk.
- Mix all the ingredients until completely combined.
- Take a small baking pan with high edges, line it with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
- Level with the help of a spatula and leave to cool.
- Once cooled, place the dough covered with a clean, dry cloth in the refrigerator for two hours.
- After this time, cut the dough into small cubes and place them in a tin box.
- The fudge will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
CARAMEL FUDGE RECIPE –
To prepare caramel fudge You can follow the same recipe as the chocolate ones, but with a small variation. You need to prepare the caramel. Proceed as follows: pour 200 g of caramel into a saucepan. sugar, cook over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. As soon as the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat and pour in the cream. Stir everything together until smooth and evenly combined. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and let it cool. As described above, proceed with the fudge preparation and then, using the fudge mixture, create a second layer on top of the caramel layer.
FUDGE RECIPE WITH DRIED FRUIT –
