FOCACCIA COOKED IN A PAN

A focaccia that cooks like an omelette, without long leavening times and which you can fill as you prefer: leftover cheeses and vegetables in the fridge will become a tasty meal and tasty through this simple recipe. Let's see what is needed to prepare it.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 00 grams of flour
- 150 grams of water
- A pinch of salt
- A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Half a sachet of instant yeast (for savoury preparations)
- Spices to taste (rosemary, oregano, etc.)

- Vegetables
METHOD:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, oil, salt, water and yeast. until the dough is smooth and even. If you want a simple focaccia, roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm, oil the pan, and cook the dough for 5 minutes on each side. If you want to fill the focaccia, once you've formed the dough, divide it in half;
- Roll out the two halves Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a work surface, making sure it's only a few millimeters thick, as they'll rise in the pan. Fill one half with vegetables and cheeses as desired, and top with the other half.
- Put in the oiled pan Add extra virgin olive oil and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Your focaccia is ready to serve.
