GLUTEN-FREE CUSTARD RECIPE
An ancient recipe, simple, effective, with guaranteed results. For a delicious dessert: the gluten-free custard. With the chocolate variant.
Ingredients
- 5 yolks
- 800 ml of milk
- 180 g of sugar
- 50 g of corn starch
- 1 vanilla bean
Preparation
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the corn starch and the milk, little by little.
- Mix well and, when the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a saucepan.
- Add the vanilla and cook over low heat until it reaches the desired density, stirring constantly.
Chocolate variant
Replaced 25 g of flour (or 15 g of corn starch for the gluten-free version) with 50 g of bitter cocoa.
