Ingredients

  • 100g of flour
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 150 ml of liquid cream
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 gr grape tableware
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become light and frothy.
  • Add the flour, then the milk and cream. If you prefer, you can replace the cow's milk and cream with plant-based milk.
  • Now add the cinnamon, this way you will have obtained a delicate and full-bodied cream
  • Wash the grapes and separate the berries from the stalks. Divide the acini in half and remove the seeds.
  • Place the grapes on the bottom of a baking pan covered with baking paper.
  • Pour the cream obtained over the grapes and bake at 160° for approximately 45-50 minutes.
  • Clafoutis is a dessert served warm.
  • Once ready, let it cool slightly and then turn it out onto a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with a cup of tea.
