How to make strawberry donut

- 4 eggs
- 300 g of strawberries
- 1 packet of yeast
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and season them with a spoonful of sugar and the juice of a lemon.
- Cut in half Slice about ten strawberries lengthwise and set them aside. You'll need them to decorate the cake.
- Grate the orange peel and lemon and sift them together with the flour.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the oil and orange juice, and then all the other ingredients;
- Add the yeast and the strawberry and lemon mixture, taking care to mix it very delicately with a wooden spatula.
- Line a baking tray A 24/26 cm diameter baking pan is used, and the strawberries you've reserved for decoration are arranged on the bottom. Pour in the resulting mixture and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
