How to make fruit jelly sweets

Children can't resist fruit jelly sweets And even we adults are often tempted by these sweet gelatin treats. A great reason to make them at home with the little ones and a way to provide them with a healthy treat, made without preservatives or colorings. And with just the right amount of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of fruit juice
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 6 sheets of gelatine (12 g)

Preparation

  • Take the juice and bring it to the boil with the sugar.
  • Put soak the gelatine in warm water.
  • Add the well-squeezed gelatine to the juice and sugar mixture and turn off the heat.
  • Mix until completely absorbed.
  • Put it back in a mold and keep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • As soon as the mixture has solidified, cut it into cubes and pass it in granulated sugar.

You can use different types of juice to make your jellies: fruit juice, orange juice, or centrifuged juice. The color also depends on the type of juice used: beetroot will produce pink, strawberry will produce red, and so on.
