Ingredients (for about 40 cantucci)

  • 250 00 grams of flour
  • 200 gr of brown sugar
  • 150 gr of whole hazelnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • Spoonful of milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  • Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. sugar.
