How to make hazelnut cantucci

Ingredients (for about 40 cantucci)
- 250 00 grams of flour
- 200 gr of brown sugar
- 150 gr of whole hazelnuts
- 2 eggs
- Spoonful of milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
- Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. sugar.
- Toast the whole hazelnuts, let them cool slightly, and add them to the mixture. If the mixture is too firm, soften it with a few drops of milk: it must be soft enough to be worked by hand.
- Make two long loaves about 1 cm thick and place them on the baking tray and bake at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
- Remove them, let them cool and cut the loaves into slices holding the knife diagonally. Bake the cookies for three minutes, turn them over and bake for another 3 minutes.
