How to make tuna bruschetta
A great appetizer, but not only that. A very healthy recipe you can use any time of day, especially when you want to simplify lunch and dinner preparations. le bruschetta with tuna, tomatoes and onions, preferably from Tropea.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Tuscan bread
- 100g of tuna in oil
- 1 red onion from Tropea
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Green olives
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and blanch them briefly in boiling water. Dice them finely.
- Finely chop the onion and rinse it under running water using a colander. In a bowl, shred the tuna, adding a little oil, the tomatoes, onions, a few diced olives, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the slices or pan-fry them and then spread them over the tuna and onion mixture.
- Pepper to taste.
